This book is the story of Leah Carlson.  She lives on the family ranch.

She works hard to try to take care of it. Her father can’t be relied on to

take care of it like he should. He spends his time drinking and getting drunk.

They are in debt. Leah tries to get a bank loan an is declined.

Leah is known for her strength and temperament. Can she save her family ranch?

This is the third by that I have read by Miralee Ferrell.

Such a wonderful writing style. It is so easy to relate

to the characters in this book and their problems.

This is a must read book. Be sure to get your copy.

This book is a breath of fresh air. It is such
a joy to read Joyful. Excellent story, good clean
Christian fiction. I love the Amish faith, devotion
to family and friends.
This is the story of Randall Beiler who is dedicated …
to caring for his younger siblings since he is the oldest at home.
He feels it is his responsibility to care for them and the
family farm.
Elizabeth Nolt lives with her grandmother. Trying to take care of
her the best that she can. With what little they have. Elizabeth
thought she was destined to marry Randall Beiler until he
ends things suddenly. Elizabeth is crushed.
Elizabeth is offered a job cooking and cleaning for Randall’s family.
She is torn but decides to accept the job. It is a way to help
support her and her grandmother.
Are Randall and Elizabeth meant to be together?
You must read to find out.

Madeleine moved to  Pennsylvania after the death of her fiancé.

Moving into the home that use to be her Amish grandmother’s.

She is looking to start anew. Working at the local hotel

part-time and living in a home with no electricity. Living without the

luxuries and some say isn’t that big of deal to Madeline after living

the military life for so long. She soon makes friends with the neighbor’s

daughter. Saul is concerned though about that friendship. He doesn’t want his
