season-of-miracles-cover-new

Seven Inspirational Romances of Faith, Hope, and Love (the set includes new novel by Alexa Verde Season of Miracles). Christmas is my favorite time of the year. Do you have a favorite Christmas memory? Nurse Lana Smith gives herself a gift for Christmas, a fresh start in a small town. After escaping a dead-end relationship with a celebrity, she avoids her patient’s grandson, a pro football player. When Arturo gradually thaws her frozen heart, can her Christmas wish for family and affection come true? Football is Arturo De La Vega’s life, but he returns to his hometown to help his ailing grandfather. Lana challenges Arturo to reach for stars of faith and love. Is Arturo’s quest for glory worth crushing Lana’s dreams and sacrificing his heart’s true desire?

  3. When I was young my step-grandmother picked me out of all the kids to go to town with her and run errands. It was the first time I heard Silver Bells on the radio. fishingjan(at)aol(dot)com

  5. My favorite Christmas memory is ( I know this is gonna seen weird) but was when my son had seven seizures in one day and we celebrated Christmas in the hospital and I learned that it doesn’t matter where you celebrate Christmas but IT IS THE WHO you are celebrating (JESUS) AND WHO YOU ARE CELEBRATING WITH. I wrote a short story about this in a book with other short stories.

  6. A current fav is that I put up a fall tree for Thanksgiving with autumn colors (and red) which will morph into a Christmas tree come DEC 1. It’s out-of-the-box, beautiful and takes off the deadline press with everything that hits all at once. 🙂 Loved it for my thanksgiving party and it’s cherry lights are up making me smile. My family thought I was a bit crazy, but like it in the end. I always wanted to try it. The earlier bit was a bonus 😉 And we get 2 different looks. #fun

Oh, and one of my favorite Christmas memories was when we didn’t expect our oldest son and his family to be able to come for Christmas. He was the only one of our kids not here. My hubby & I were talking by the kitchen sink, and when we turned around, our grandson was almost eye to eye with us! They ended up being able to come and were able to sneak their son inside to surprise us!
